That is a good question. Firstly, I am someone who loves to run. Sometimes I am an extreme endurance runner, sometimes I'll run a mile. In 2019, I completed John O’ Groats to Lands End in 15 days. I am a multiple Guinness World Record Holder and I have the most marathon/ultra marathon wins in the UK- I'm in the top five internationally.
Soon after I learnt to walk, I started to run. I've not looked back since! I started running longer distances and competing during my late teens before becoming the youngest person in Europe to run 100 marathons, at the age of 23.
My smile! Whenever I am running my main priority is to have fun and enjoy it. Sometimes it gets tough and I have to concentrate and focus of course but I'm always my happiest when I am out there running and encouraging others!
I love food so this is a tough one. I tend not to eat much - if anything- on the morning of a race but the evening before I tend to carb load. I have to say homemade tuna, macaroni cheese bake is a favourite.
I have so many proud moments. Completing my 100th marathon at the Eden Project aged 23, alongside running the Lochness Marathon last year- in my fastest time to date: 2:24:24 were both special moments. I know I can get much faster- now I'm in training on my NoblePro Elite i8 for my next proud moment!
I have been known to be a bit of an expert at dancing- particularly jive, although I guess I should work on my Tango. I'm waiting to get that call from Strictly Come Dancing. I also like hockey and cycling.
