LYDNEY LAKE 5K TIMETRIAL – PACED BY THE FOD RUNNER – HAS THE TRAINING BEEN WORKING?

5 weeks ago I took on the Lydney Lake 5K against The FOD Runner and ran 16:29 (https://youtu.be/9xwXTgIoX8o). A week later I tried again and took a step backwards running 16:55 (https://youtu.be/g6sRVQQrSgU). I have put 4 weeks of training in and now it is time to test if it has been working.
