I’ve been running all my life but I started taking it more seriously when I discovered parkrun here in the UK.
I am a data geek so I always take my watch
It very much depends how far the race is. A marathon and toast with jam is perfect. Anything longer and a big filling meal is in order. Fish and chips, pasta, pizza. Anything with lots of calories!
Despite being an ultra runner I am very proud of my one and only sub 3 marathon!
Most of my life revolves around running so making videos about running is my main activity other than running!
